Justice investigates because of Hitler's garden gnomes


Nuremberg, The garden gnomes of the artist Ottmar Hörl which stretch the right arm to the Hitler's greeting have called the justice on the plan. Now the public prosecutor's office investigates because of the use of sign of unconstitutional organisations, informed a speaker of the Nuremberg accusation authority. A justice speaker stressed, the use of such symbols is not subject to prosecution only if with it unconstitutional organisations were criticised. The art scandal had come to the roles, after a stranger had complained to the presentation of the doll-size sculpture in a Nuremberg gallery and had turned with an anonymous writing to the public. 400 of the garden gnomes are to be seen to Hörls information currently still in an exhibition of the Aschaffenburger art association. The exhibition comes to an end on this week-end. The price of a figure lies with 50 euros. Already several were sold to prospective customer.
