It was shortly after half eight, the third school day after the summer holidays. The 17th of September, 2009. The day to which the small Bavarian small town of brook Ans lost his innocence. The day in which a person running amok stormed the high school of Carolinum – armed with an ax, two knives and three Molotov cocktail! He injured eight youngsters and a teacher. Two girls (both 15) are seriously injured: One was met with the ax, floats in mortal danger, the other suffered heavy fire injuries. Two patrolmen stopped the pupil with five shots from the submachine gun! THE AMOK PROTOCOL. 8.30 o'clock. The lessons have just begun. In the black coat and hard armed Georg R. (18) enters his school. On the 3rd floor he tears open the door of the class 10b, flings incendiary compounds in the space! A girl is met in the head, several pupils are injured. Fire breaks out. A pupil: „He was disguised with protective glasses, a baker threw `page bottle above the tabletop. My T-shirt got liquid, I tore it immediately under it.“ Then the attacker has hit as obsessedly with the ax around himself. „He met a girl in the face, another in the head, blood splashed.“ The pupils flee. The person running amok throws of two Molotov cocktail in classroom. Witness Tobias S. (17): „Then he swung on the hall his ax.“ In 10a a teacher informs just geography when the first incendiary explodes. She opens the door, recognises the situation, shouts panic: „Amok run, amok run!“ Pupil Alex H. (17): „She concluded the door. We barricaded the entrance with benches, hid behind pieces of furniture.“ 8.35 o'clock. A pupil calls the police. Then he runs in 10b, the fire extinguishes. Somebody releases fire alarm. Many of 650 pupils believe in a practise. When the fire brigade arrives, an incendiary compound flies to a rescuer on the stair against. 8.43 o'clock. The first police patrol arrives. A policeman and his colleague. With submachine guns they storm the school. Before the toilets on the 3rd floor they put the person running amok. He is still armed. They ask him to arise. He refuses. 8.46 o'clock. The person running amok threatens the policemen. There is no other more way out: One of both officials fires with the submachine gun on him, meets him 5 spot in the upper part of the body. Seriously injured Georg R. breaks down. Now about 100 policemen and rescue forces arrive bit by bit. Everything is blocked off. The serious casualties are brought by rescue helicopters in a Nuremberg clinic. 9 o'clock. The pupils of the high school wait in the neighbouring working agency for her parents. Now only many get to know what has happened. Some break down weeping. The special task force (SEK) searches the school for a possible accomplice. But the assassin was alone. Georg R. is brought in the hospital and is operated. He is not able of examination. A judge remitted arrest warrant because of tried murder.
